Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.

Frequency of visits depend on a number of factors, including severity of symptoms and if we are adjusting or adding new medications.

For those receiving prescriptions for controlled substances, I require a follow up appointment every three months.

I prefer to meet with new clients in person to accurately assess your current state of wellness, but offer telehealth appointments for follow-ups.
