Welcome to Moonlight Psychiatry. We are a small boutique psychiatric practice in North County San Diego specializing in both general and reproductive psychiatry with a holistic, person‑centered approach.
We blend the strengths of traditional Western medicine with evidence‑informed alternative and complementary therapies to support wellbeing in the treatment of a wide array of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorders and more.
In addition to treating some of the above-mentioned disorders, we also have specialized training in reproductive psychiatry, which is a subspecialty within psychiatry that focuses on how mental health is affected by the reproductive lifecycle, including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and menopause.
